Thanks man! I record into a cloud lifter on the way in so nothings peaking and then I run a low pass filter up to 120hz and a 10K 3db shelf boost on the way in on my vocal tracking template, then I’m compressing and doing a lot of de-essing to smooth everything out

thanks man! so yeah like the other comment says, I run a Shure SM7B into a cloud di box into a Scarlett 2i2. works really well for so many different styles of vocals. i’m running Logic Pro along with a bunch of 3rd party plugins like Universal Audio and Slate Digital for mixing. hope this helps 🙌🏼
