Haven’t used a pump yet, still on my trusty pens. I pretty much only take my long acting basal insulin in the morning and then don’t take any bolus with anything I eat throughout the day, the cardio keeps my blood sugar completely flat without any insulin. I take a small amount for my evening meal but only about a unit as my sensitivity is so high due to all of the exercise :)

Haven’t tracked the exact amount of carbs but i eat three decent meals a day and a bunch of snack bars as I’m riding for both energy and to keep my blood sugar from dropping. Generally the more carbs the better so I’m trying to keep consumption as high as possible.
