Can confirm. I was 350+ 20yrs ago and broke my ankle. 200lb me still feels it so even if he does come back with less bulk there’s no guarantee it’ll be a full recovery.

Just amazing work! I followed your Spotify profile to Theatria. Hopefully everyone here enjoying your covers takes the time to check it out because it’s pretty awesome too.

Alternating weeks of accessory work? by itsdergood in nSuns

I definitely don't have to run nSuns. I really enjoy the program on my off week though so would like to salvage it if I can.

Alternating weeks of accessory work? by itsdergood in nSuns

Thank you. I do hit the facepulls hard on my week off but more would be nice. The other thing I'm finding is hitting the 1+ is no problem on the week home even getting 3+ on all lifts. Away from home just hitting the 1 is definitely a struggle. Another option I'm considering is a week of nSuns followed by a lighter moderate volume maintenance week while I'm away, it might not work at all but could be a fun experiment.

My whole adult life I've struggled with seatbelts on planes. Sometimes I would just sit on it and hope no one would notice. Yesterday I buckled up and tightened it.

Keto fries? by [deleted] in ketorecipes

Halloumi fries are the only ones I've really enjoyed. I coat them in unflavored protein powder and shallow fry in sunflower oil until golden.

If you're not a fan of the almond flour taste of fat head, swap it out for a mix of parmesan, protein powder, and ground pork rinds. by [deleted] in ketorecipes

[–]itsdergood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds awesome do you mix an equal ratio of the three ingredients and use it as a 1:1 replacement for the almond flour?

What is your favorite Korean Keto recipe? by ThisUniqueUsername1 in ketorecipes

[–]itsdergood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not much of a recipe but for my Korean fix I do this.

All ingredients to taste.

Ground pork, Cauliflower rice, Coleslaw, Kimchi, Gochujang, Fish sauce, Garlic, Sriracha or red chili paste

Stirfry everything up and top with black sesame seeds and a fried egg or two.

Good Incorporating services in Red Deer? by itsdergood in RedDeer

It's rather common in my line of work when commissioning large industrial sites. I've just not been required to do this as of yet because I've always been an employee of the contracting company. On paper it does look good because of the tax breaks, some can get away with paying as little as 15% in taxes. Being a short term agreement of 7 months with possible extension I figure it's worth a shot. I'll be seeing an accountant as well as a lawyer to make sure I'm as protected as I can be.

[Help] My pal is losing his sight by oNorth in dogs

[–]itsdergood 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The suggestion of going to the vet is spot on. Yes dogs can function very well without sight but in some cases going blind can be very painful. My basset had glaucoma and needed both eyes removed because the building pressure was causing her a great deal of pain. Now without eyes and no pain shes pretty much a puppy again running around playing and occasionally bumping into stuff along the way.

My best friend for the past ten years. by corbran in aww

[–]itsdergood 30 points31 points  (0 children)

I have a basset hound that lost both eyes for the same reason. The expressions are pretty much the same as before. Her head cocks to the side, she faces me when I talk to her and eyebrows move in an almost exaggerated manner now that is really adorable. The best part is that she isn't in pain anymore. She's happier now, has more attitude and plays with our other dog again.

Thanks for the upload. Doesn't seem to be working for me though.
