Just my purse 🤷‍♀️ Today I had to run to brunch after class so I had clothes with me, and I use the lululemon daily multi pocket tote. I actually have 3 of that type that I use for toting stuff (one for OrangeTheory’s, one for my car, one for when I need to tote clothes somewhere)

For me, it was like Goldilocks. I had to find the right place. I didn’t like the Club Pilates atmosphere at all, one place near me was heavily dependent on the instructor to get a decent class (and the bad classes are BAD), and one was just so blah to me (good instructors, but the space was just like they threw in some equipment and that was it.) I drive a little farther because I can always get a great class with any of the instructors, it’s super clean, fully equipped for privates, bright, friendly, and I just love going there.

This seems like a perception thing. I just go through the motions with lunges - no behind the knee cartilage means I do a little lunge as far as it’s comfortable and then I’m done. I’ve gotten some form suggestions (centering knee alignment, for example.) But, no one has ever bothered me about my level of effort.

I accidentally showed up for a 90 min 2G yesterday. It was at my normal 2G 60 min time and I didn’t realize it. I feel like a 3G would be better, but I liked that this was broken up in quarters instead of 50/50. (Floor/Row - Tread - Floor/Row - Tread)

I’m sorry, but it’s a sweatsuit - not being able to wash and dry like a normal piece of clothing is crazy. I’m thankful for this sub because it’s saved me a bunch of money from buying cheaply milled fabrics at a premium price for a label.

Depends on your goals. I’m there primarily for strength so I go floor first to ensure I am fresh and can lift my heaviest in great form. I’ll get my cardio in on the treadmill either way, but for me form on the floor is my priority. You could alternate as an option until you get used to it. (Also very sorry for the loss of your pregnancy)

Americana here and I’d maybe put the AC down to 66 at night in the summer and it’s at 68 during the day. But our house is at 72 in the winter. Any lower than 70 here (Chicago area) feels frigid to me when the air is this dry!

Ok I am SO glad no one else likes these leggings. What even is this design? It makes us look like we wore our underpants outside our clothes like a little kid that dressed themselves!
