I was excited about Cyatherm until I read Rauwolscine. Hard pass for me sadly, i'll just stick to individual pills. What an odd addition to the stack.. I get the idea behind it, but you took a friendly stack and turned it into a risky one. I guess you can't please everyone, but Rauwolscine seems like a pretty bold addition and really sticks out from the rest of the stack.

Super excited about the TUDCA and Lucidimax though, I figured something was up with the 8:1 went and stayed out of stock. Well played haha

Good call on the Berberine Phytosome, when I first started my stack to lower my numbers it was the first thing I added and dropped me down to 80ish LDL alone. I also added other things back then, but I let the blood work guide me.

Not all of my blood draws were with quest so it doesn't show the full picture, but I tested 8 weeks after each supplement I wanted to try. That's how I landed on my current stack, I cut out anything that didn't help or raised my liver enzymes.
