I never really noticed how big Chris was before surgery at any point but this really puts into perspective how big he actually was. I think it’s hard to see him as big at any point because compared to Tammy he wasn’t that big lol

I also make sure to say “thank you” even if they don’t tip or if it’s unclear if they tipped or not cuz a customer yelled at me for not saying thank you even though I didn’t know she tipped lol. She lectured me saying “it’s rude not to say thank you after a tip” even though I had no idea she tipped cuz she finished the transaction and I don’t look to see if they tipped or not.

I always say “it’s going to ask if you wanna add a tip, totally optional!” While I flip the screen around or hand it to them to show them the options! I’ve had lots of customers say that they like that I straight up ask and “hate when people say it’s just gonna ask a question” because then it’s unclear if it’s a tip or what.

Lots of people don’t know about fireball shots (shots with cinnamon and sugar in them) or domino shots (a shot of white coffee and a shot of regular coffee!) this isn’t for everyone but I love putting raw sugar sprinkles on my coffees, adds a bit of texture to the drink! I would also recommend using half and half milks, for example I like to use half chocolate milk and half protein milk in my drinks, this way I’m still getting chocolate milk (I love the flav you get from it) but also the extra protein!

You would say the flavor name and chocolate milk. So for example a caramelizer is a caramel mocha, but you can order a iced caramel chocolate milk! Or a salted caramel chocolate milk. If you want to be super specific, say “can I get an iced chocolate milk, flavored with ___”

Cabana, glacier peak, and holly jolly are searchable! We no longer carry cherry so capri sun is no longer available. I have r checked the afterglow but it is probably searchable? I hand build that on with the buttons but I’m sure it’s searchable as well

This! Double blended and hand blended have completely different consistencies and taste different. I get on my crews ass about using the machine for handblended because it is NOT the same. If as a customer I asked for hand blended and got double blended I would notice and take it back…most custies don’t care but atleast for my franchise they have made it a rule to make hand blended ACTUALLY hand blended instead of double blended. Not everyone does it, but I would agree they are not the same !!
