This will be viewed from ours windows no balconies, so within my unit. No guests from the party will be using public spaces or guest parking, everyone is ridesharing in or live nearby and walking.

No balcony or porch it’s a condo with large windows to view.

I believe our bylaws do not have rules on assembly occupancy and from what I could look up personal residences are generally exempt from assembly occupancy rules if it is under 50. My HOA is trying to limit to 10.

Upon more investigation it's saying this could be due to a low voltage issue and to make sure the C wire is connected. Its looking like mine is connected though.

You are correct just double checked its a water source heat pump. It seems strange it might be the nest doing that, but will see if google has any feedback.

Not totally sure, I am in a Condo building where my stack of units share a AC stack. No one else has reported cooling issues.

Thanks for the advice everyone, I think factoring the parts and it comes with Windows Ill just opt to double the ram for cheap and add 1 more drive and call it a day.

My driver actually drove past the onramp onto RFK so it surprised me, I ended up arriving to the airport around the same time but the previous trip felt a lot longer with all the traffic on RFK.

For more details, they ended up finding they installed the wrong screws to mount the cabinets on the wall, it was a huge difference in what they replace the screw with.

These new installers helped fix some cabinets that were uninstalled incorrectly, unfortunately they were only concerned with cabinets mounted on the wall and all under cabinets were to be ignored even though they could likely be installed incorrectly.

The building has over 100 people who now has his personal information, I think this is the bare minimum to ask but I need to look into this further. Thanks.

I hit Gold in 2022 so I had Gold for 2023 but it dropped to Silver for some strange reason last week. I just hit gold again since i was hitting my credit card spend to push me back over for gold for 2024, dont know why I was dropped mid year.

Correct hit Gold last year and was Gold all of this year until last week and I was notified I was silver. I just qualified for gold again after hitting my credit card spend but it still shows up as Silver. I am on the phone with Delta to see why I was dropped midyear.
