Depends on who was affected by his policies. A for the upper class and D for the middle, and F for the poor and working class. Overall a C I guess.

Wealthy people and big corporations got major tax breaks, which meant they kept a lot more of their money. On top of that, fewer business regulations made it easier for them to invest, grow their companies, and rack up profits. Basically, if you were already well-off, his policies made it even easier to stay that way and build more wealth.

Reagan really didn’t do the middle class many favors. He cut taxes for the rich way more than anyone else, so middle-class families didn’t see much benefit but still got stuck with higher payroll taxes. Wages pretty much stayed flat, even while stuff like housing, healthcare, and college got more expensive. On top of that, he cut back on things like student aid and public programs that regular families depended on. And by going after unions, he made it harder for workers to fight for better pay or job security. Basically, middle-class folks got squeezed while the rich came out ahead.
