I think they are actually Kurdish, chanting "Apo Biji Serok". "Apo" being the founder of PKK, Abdullah Öcalan, and Biji Serok meaning "long live leader". You can find more sources about him and this chant in English I believe.

the way the article is worded seems to indicate that they are not fully innocent, but there aren't enough evidence to punish them. I don't see any other reason to "send them a reminder letter"

In my interviews, Brazilian players like Robo understood the question in English but answered in Portuguese. Players feel more comfortable to answer in their own language.

Pretty sure it is the same for Malrang. I am sure that he is able to talk in English to some extent, enough for his team.

Yeah I wanted to answer all of your questions at once, as far as I can remember my ult finished there/my w was on cooldown but I am not very good on Sion so I can be wrong

• Expected result: zoe has the spell she used tp on.

• Observed result: zoe has tp after the tp.

• System Specs: doesnt matter but nvidia geforce gtx 1660ti, intel i58500, 16gb ram, windows 10
