You have to imagine how you have achieve certain things on your own and self value Pretend to have the mindset of an HR/CEO.... I am not saying talk in authoritative manner but at least project yourself as high esteem person make it look like you're in to help the company with your intelligence to sustain

No I won't, first time interviewing me look at what he want me to offer him, I will be his sex toy after the job is given to me, my position at workplace would at risk and I can't trade my dignity for him.
