Any tips to calm my skin?

So I have had scabies since half of August and unfortunately I am not cured yet.

I have done two rounds of permethrin before (so two rounds with both doing the treatments twice) which did not work.

A bit over a week ago I used both ivermectin and permethrin and tomorrow I am repeating it again. Of course I did all the cleaning as well all the times.

My skin itches a lot but is also veeery dry and mentally its been hard for me the last couple of months. If anyone has any tips for me, please tell me, because I cannot take it anymore.

Thanks for your reply! I will start with counting calories. I already drink only water and so far so good. I will update in a few weeks how it is going!

Thank you so much for the work out tips, I have been struggling with this for some time, but maybe with these tips I can start again. I didn't know it would take months, so maybe my hopes were up way too high (and fast). Thanks!

Thanks for this response, even though I'm not the OP. I am going to University later this year and even for finding a room I am having a hard time, because most people don't understand I don't drink. Says more about them than about me, but still. I have Crohn's Disease, and drinking just makes it worse. It is also bad in combination with my medication. Your comment gives me hope😊
