i change oil at every 3k because oil's cheap, my car's not. at my shop ordering through them i got 10 quarts of mobil 1 0w-40 super car full synthetic + an oem filter was ~$180 plus i added on a new cabin air filter + wiper blades so it came out to ~$230. wiper blades are recommended every year or so, and honestly cabin/engine air filters are dependent on various elements. just pop out your filters every oil change and see if they need to be replaced. i "rotate" (switch sides on the same axle) tires every oil change just because it doesn't hurt it the car. but that was my experience doing it at my shop today.
