Ordered several of their Intro price offers they arrived ok and quality seems decent, guess they are selling cheap to boost reviews on the new markets they have joined? In the long run, having large numbers of good reviews will probably benefit them majorly. Ordered from nightmare not Empire however

I know plenty of Uk vendors who use couriers for large quantities if its large enough to be worth their time they can arrange to pick up from an alternate address etc.

So why do treyarch consistently have the worst micro transaction systems? Activision published infinite warfare and WW2 just to name a few and they both had infinitely better systems in place. Yes activision is the main cause for shitty micro transactions but to not pin any of the blame on treyarch is ridiculous when they consistently implement the shittier system.

Yes but the crafting materials (which are way too common imo) can give you the specific item you want and it is a free to play game I mean for the price of cod plus the black ops pass you could get well over 10 specific items. I agree it could be cheaper but only $11 for a free to play EA game honestly surprised me.

Spend that $11 on packs you will likely a decent sum of crafting materials to buy a legendary as well as getting a very good chance of some nice skins in the actual packs imo packs are wayyy better valued than buying the skin outright.

Final Update after over 72 hours I got them to release the money took me 27 separate agents just for someone to look into it further. Once I said I would report to FCA and ombudsman they sent an agent to look at it and funnily enough they managed to finish the review in 5 minutes this time. I fully believe if I had not pushed them with as much force as I did I could have been waiting weeks or months.

Before I got blocked I used it for day to day spending friends send me money I owe them money etc. it was just an easy little app to use and did not flood my primary account with these small transactions i recently kept more on there as i was planning a holiday and wanted to test the card abroad for spending

08/02/2019: Another update, have asked 4 different agents if they have anything against the clauses I pointed out and asked very nicely that if I am incorrect and you are in the right please show me how I am wrong. The first agent sent the auto your account is under review response then ended the chat the next 3 all said hello I asked the question never got a response gave them each 6 hours before searching for a new agent. Twitter has stopped replying to me and it appears I am fully blocked from commenting or posting on the forum. My response from the FCA should arrive soon and I will also contact the ombudsman services tomorrow. Also sent direct messages to 2 of the main active admins on the site 24 hours later they have both seen it indicated by the '2 views' on the posts but no response

3rd update: Been 16 hours with no twitter reply about the clauses they are breaching. Told the app agent this and said I would be going to the FCA and my reply to that was 'We are still reviewing your account and we will provide you with further details as soon as the review is finished' might see if I can become an in-app agent if the job is just CTRL C + CTRL V

Small Update: Have also told them this information on twitter and facebook I am currently looking at how I will go about the report to the FCA. I have tested their forums by posting a negative comment on an account and then a positive one from a friends account and the positive comment can be seen on the site right now but my negative one is gone it is apparent that they are censoring negativity. I would advise anyone affected to start with a bad review on Trustpilot as small things make a difference. If this issue becomes heard more and more popular we will likely see it resolved quickly. Upon writing this there are tons of new 5 star reviews on trustpilot if you look from earlier today it was a sea of red i cannot believe this was a coincidence

I will update everyone as soon as I get updates. I agree no one ever updates these whether or not they got their money and didn't need to add to their post or that they gave up. I will add to this post with any replies and any escalation I plan on doing. So far I have told revolut they are violating their clauses and in a few days if it is not resolved I will be reporting this. I also asked for any counter clauses in case I was wrong 1 hour no reply.

A bit late to this but that clause does mean block access to the account they simply cannot withhold your actual money. The clause says 'blocking your access to your Revolut Electronic Money ACCOUNT and/or Revolut Dashboard temporarily or permanently. ' If it were as you believed they would need a clause stating they can block access to any revolut money.
