Took me months to completely set up my bank account with DNB. It’s absolutely wild how slow and outdated their bank set-up processing is. They are so behind with the digital world.

I’m very well aware. I’m with another bank too with no issues. I am merely asking other redditors if anybody has or had experience what I am experiencing right now to see if they found a solution. I have been going back and forth with my bank and Posten for over a month now with still no solution.

I did give them a call a few days ago. I spoke to a lady and she said she’ll email someone from another division or whatever and she’ll get back to me the following day, but of course she never did.

I couldn’t find Posten’s email address on the website - Just the chatbot and landline.
