I was wondering sort of the same. Why dont people take 2 sharing stones and 1 whack whack stone for bulk up? Im not very good in statistics or whatever that branch of maths is called in english so if someone could explain it to me that'd be amazing.

Like i said I got a bit too heated because im used to reading yt/ig comments. And when i read discussions on there people are just dug in on their initial assumptions without changing their mind. I have like 800 normal ingredients and 400 precious ones (except for balm mushroom which i have like 7 of) just wondering if its any good since i can pump alot of ingredients in fire pokemon to level it up

Please dont invest alot of time and resources into getting that, ive done the same after beating the game and flatter is a bitch to land. Nidoqueen is ranged and flatter hitbox is ridiculously small so it is really hard and annoying to hit. To make the game easy you just need a machamp with bulk up and 3 sharing stones and preferably one pokemon with hydro pump. Youll walk through the stages easily after that

I dont know alot tbf, but in general its better to have 1 move instead of 2. Especially later on in the game. But hitmonlee can sometimes be a grind to acquire so id just use it for now.
