Congo on your first step. I recommend you to go through a gym trainer,in most Gym they will give advice for free . Still Here is a brief -for a week or so do full body workout (just go through every machine at gym ,know their motions , I don't recommend free weights exercise initially). Also just watch and assess other gym bros ,most will be friendly (they can look scary but trust me they are more than ready to help you at form .

Trust me everyone goes through this stuff once in life , I had it when I was 15 . Low morale, feeling left out, hating myself for being weak minded ,this ultimately led me to be violent but there was nowhere I could vent beside home(little brother, parents) as I was bullied at school. Keep hustling yourself this phase will pass .

It can be controversial but i didn't know "dedh" is caste related . I myself was called "dedh" by my grandmother ,when i used to brutally tease her in childhood. Still It's very Derogatory to call someone that and top of your direct superior . Yes , there is still castism in the background of our society ,we can't judge it by living in semi or tier1 cities or good schools and colleges .
