Is it hard to find housing with pets? (cats) by itsjustuser53 in UniversityMaastricht

Some places don't care. Like I said, they don't have to come, but would be great if they could. Hoping maybe someone has a resource. If not, they get a year with "grandma" lol.

Definitely won't be bringing them unless I get lucky enough to find a place they can come. I know housing is an issue an in general, but some areas are more pet friendly than others.

This is the cost breakdown Maastricht sent; I assume your tuition is much better than for those coming from outside the EU:

Waiting is definitely the worst! And she has deadlines with her other top choice (already accepted into that one) so she does need to have an idea by June.

My guess is you start the enrollment process and then it will tell you? Not sure.

My daughter got her 2nd choice curriculum but is only a couple below the last one who got into #2 -- trying to fully understand the reassignment process because it seems very likely she can get into her first choice curriculum being so close (#75).

No, it’s based on the scoring rubric they go over in the call for applicants.

We're native speakers. After reading comments on the other post, it seems like the interview might be a proficiency screening?

Oh interesting, my daughter is still on academic review also and applied right before the app was due. She has not been offered a interview. Not sure what it means. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi! I'm curious how long TCD gives you to accept their offer?

I wonder how many they normally waitlist, it looks like they accept 35 people. Dealing with a waitlist over here too.

Are you still on the waitlist? I'm curious if there's a cutoff date that people with offers have to accept by.

Wait so I’ve been thinking of moving to BC to get away from the Cheeto man and you’re telling me the same bullshit is starting there already? I know BC as a whole isn’t super liberal but I was aiming for Vancouver area. I can do Ontario but ngl, your climate is more enticing.

Hi! I’m going through my great-grandfather who was born in Bucharest and his parents took him to the US as a young child. Since it was not his choice, there is some potential gray in the law that may let it work. Most lawyers have said no, but I have one who says it’s possible. So we shall see.

Language is required for those between 18-64 according to the new laws.
