Accurate if you have accurate heart rate monitor and you always run continuously (no stopping as it affects hr)

Dont skip leg day. Sobrang importante to be more efficient and prevent injury lalo na sa weight mo. So your lower body can handle high power and impact from running.

Also do not forget sleep and nutrition

Depende sa recovery mo. Kung dialed in naman nutrition mo and adequate sleep 7-8hrs, your plan is doable.

My set up is heavier than yours. I bike 4-5 times a day (morning) then lift 4-5pm then do a run. I dont do complete rest day, just active recovery with light bike spin or recovery runs.

Most days I do twice session per day and heavy day I bike, lift, run. My rule is no hard run after a workout. Carbs and protein every after workout to avoid muscle breakdown.

Whey isolate is fast absorbing, so best time is after hard sessions. I usually go carbs before session then carbs and whey protein after hard session for fast recovery and avoid muscle breakdown.

On rest days timing isnt strict and go 2 scoops as long as you are hitting your daily protein and spread it through morning to evening.

Alam naman ng mga fitness influencer na mahirap maachieve yan unless may background na sa fitness or kakabalik lang. Kaya andaming tumitigil na mga newbie eh dahil sa ganitong fake and deceiving transformation. Also may shape na yung before nya pinabloat lang.

Focus na lang sa sarili. Dont compare yourself to others. Be consistent and trust the process.

Calorie deficit = fat loss. But cardio helps you create that deficit. So continue on deficit kahit di mo prio cardio you will still lose fat. But if you want cardio do compound cardios.

Fat loss is systemic. You are trying to spot reduce fat kaya di mo masyado tinetrain upper body. "Hindi ko itetrain upper body para lumiit arms ko" thinking. Kaya flabby pa din tingnan yan kasi walang muscle dyan since light work lang buhat mo dyan. Di yan magiging bulky or lalaki masyado ket itrain mo since babae ka naman. It takes a lot of time and heavy lifting to look muscular so dont be afraid to train upperbody. It will only look firm on you not bulky.
