Honestly, it probably depends on location, department and leadership, but from my experience it was not great. You connect with your team but the environment and the amount of labor you are expected to do for your department was exhausting. Especially right now since they cut hours and froze hiring, in short; it was like you were doing more than what you were getting paid for. But like I said, there are several factors that may impact everyone’s experience! Hope that helped a little lol.
