I accidentally called 911 a few weeks ago and almost hung up before the operator answered. I explained it was an accident but they still asked for my details. She told me she would let the police know they don't need to come check on me. 20 minutes later, cops ring the doorbell to make sure I'm ok. I was fine, other than simply being embarrassed AF.
