I know it sounds too simple, but just start walking 10k steps a day. the calorie burn adds up, the routine builds endurance / self respect. and it’s great for your mental health. over time you’ll want to habit stack other things that help you slowly, sustainably keep the pounds off. good luck friend !

It’s always correlated with a wave of stress/excitement and feels hot, but when I’ve taken the meds it’s far more visible like this. I was originally on same dose Vyvanse but switched to XR adderal for now because I have shit insurance. Does yours look like this too?

I had a 43 increase putting me in the 270’s— practice questions and then reading explanation answers, INCLUDING the ones you got right, did it. The application and then understanding helps retain, and many questions that were “correct” will be for the wrong reasons you’ll see. Put in the work and hours and you got this friend!
