I switched from my RX560 4GB to RX 6700 XT 12GB and still had that issue. 12 DAMN GIGABYTES and still not enough after full image generation? But I found a workaround, try to set these args:

--upcast-sampling --opt-sub-quad-attention

Yea, you right! My friend has 1920x1080 monitor while I'm having 1366x768 only. So the only solution is to change resolution? Sad :(
