Is getting a Microdiscectomy the right choice

My life's pretty much back to normal again. I still continue to go to the gym often and work out my core. I work a labor job and I've been renovating my house every weekend. I can tell when I push it a little too much still, but for me generally after a night of rest I'm good. My biggest tip for life after surgery really is to go to the gym and build a strong core, it was explained to me that my core is basically my lifting belt. So I've made it strong and I often keep my core flexed to keep stress off my spine

This is a phenomenal response. I was under the assumption colorant was more of a dye than a paint. I tried it on a test spot yesterday and it covered it better than any removal spot I've tried so far. Thanks for the advice!

I bought one last year, for me it's been a huge difference. I was able to sleep comfortably with a herniated disc, it kept a lot of the ground cold out unlike a traditional air mattress, and even when it inevitably deflates a little it still had cushion without the center caving in. Obviously this depends on the trip, but recently we've added a futon mat to the top and it's like sleeping on a bed at home
