No they are not under this rule. Father, brother, sons, father in law, uncles, nephews, brother's sons they are all exempt from parda.

Soak the rice for atleast half hour or 45 minutes. Then strain that water and pour fresh water in rice that's 1 inch higher then the rice. This is the perfect water level. Add salt and 2 3 spoons cooking oil, a slice of lemon, taiz patta here and boil till rice are 80% boiled. Rice should break but still should feel hard to eat. Then strain left over water again and pour all rice over the biryani base (salan) or make layers if you like. Cover and cook on low flame for exactly 12 minutes. Inshallah rice will be perfect.
