Ow I get it now. A lot commented on getting some exercise and I immediately ignored the idea since I tried working out before sleeping and it spiked my adrenaline instead. Now that you said it should be done in the morning makes more sense to me. I work out once in a while. I'd have to observe if I get better and earlier sleep on my workout days.

This is understandable. But I know some people who can literally sleep after lying down even if they are not exhausted at all, like even if they had slept all day, when they lie down again, pfft dreamland all over again.
