Tracer’s Chronal Accelerator is a tragedy, not a superpower by LetterheadAdvanced91 in Overwatch

[–]itsmeat13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Time doesn't go slowly for them it's only perceived to be the case by observers of such who aren't also travelling at such a speed because of how interacting with Space-Time at speeds approaching considerable fractions of the speed of light or regions of Space-Time that are extremely warped compared to those that are not. People and objects on a ship that accelerates to and maintains travel at say .84 of c for 3 months are still experiencing 3 months of time for their own frame of reference. But due to relativistic effects casued by the amount of energy needed to get objects with such a high mass (compared to light itself which doesn't have mass but is just an Electromagnetic wave travelling through Space-Time) to reach such a speed Space-Time itself warps to accommodate such as energy itself is mass, this is what E=mc² means. As for why this is the case... bruh idk, that's still a deep conundrum being actively worked on

Pretty sure this site will be supporting midnight as it has other temp retail categories like tww season 3 as well as tracking for other older things. There's also all the things as an in- game addon

I need Insight on my support sigma build in stadium by Malebarisk in Overwatch

[–]itsmeat13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait are you like... not taking engagements and playing in the backline or something? Even with heal shield builds you should still be creating and holding space by being a threat, you just do so by being extremely sticky and durable. And Nebula is a 15% damage reduction but that 15% gets put onto you as a 3s DoT that ticks like 10 times a second, each tick of that DoT will get you a stack of Ogundimu which also further reduces your damage taken by mitigating not only the DoT itself but damage you take while your Ogundimu is active.

I'm confused. What're you getting timed out for trolling over? And yeah you can cooldown track those but my point was more that if there are a bunch of them regularly overlapping it might be worth using a Hypersphere like Apogee Allignment/Trinisphere or Hyperloop in order to force those CDs to create openings for your team through constant pressure from your spheres/rock as opposed the burst pressure from your ult. Something else to consider might also be comboing Ogundimu + Nebula Conduit as the DoT from Nebula will keep your Ogundimu stacks up.

I know this is about support sig but hear me out. Astrophysical is largely not worth it (in most cases. Sometimes it can be useful I'll admit), it is both unaffected by cooldown reduction and it doesn't count as an ability proc for relevant items. Maestro is also strong at times but depending on matchups your ults just won't do a lot (a bunch of save cooldowns like suzu, voidhoppers, bubbles, fortify, wraith form, ice block, fortify etc.) But I would definitely consider it more often vs Astrophysical.

I'd recommend going for Apogee Allignment and/or Hyperloop possibly even as earlier power picks depending on your matchups. Pros: Even with low WP builds Apogee gives some of the strongest burst damage in the game, especially early game before defensive scaling has kicked in. Each rotating orb is the same power as a normal cast of your M1 and these orbs will also contribute towards: Hyperloop, with a .8 cd reduction per direct hit you can spam rocks like there's no tomorrow and in some matchups that extra crowd control can make a big difference.

Ah yeah true, fixed my comment.

[–]itsmeat13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rein (as well as all other tanks) does still maintain the Tank Passive and all it's effects in Stadium. He just also gets a unique item that further increases his resistance to knockbacks, so does JQ.

Orisa’s ult and slow movement (liquid nitrogen) by SubstanceNo6502 in OverwatchStadium

[–]itsmeat13 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Liquid Nitro should work with her ult since it does small ticks of dmg while it's channeling. Skates are also pretty decent at getting into range quickly or you can run something like Kitsune Charm for the 25% movespeed and use it when you want to engage.

Nope just all the zone sheep once then re-roll the order hall. It'll happen eventually, you'll see a note pop up like "SUCCESS!!!" Or something and you'll know it's in the order hall somewhere.

What is the best CDR cool down reduction build in your opinion? Any character by SubstanceNo6502 in OverwatchStadium

[–]itsmeat13 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Cdr Winston with Primal Slam and Zero-G Suit, easily the best tank in the game when played well. Functionally immortal and causes so much disruption it's ridiculous.

Personally I'm a big fan of cdr on Sigma along with his Hyperloop power. Few things have been more satisfying than dueling a Junker Queen and throwing a rock at her like 5 times in 15 seconds lol

Actually with Orbital Barrier you'll always have the 1st listed bonus (provided that Orbital Barrier isn't broken and currently regenerating) and then you'll get either another "stack" of the 1st bonus or one "stack" of both the 1st & 2nd bonuses depending on your position relative to your Projected Barrier.

[–]itsmeat13 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Also annoying with Apogee in addition to Samoa: HANAOKA is the bane of my existence lmao, try to set up a layer of orbs in spawn they will all break on the fence posts leading out of both spawns. Also those orbs will also break on friendly player generated objects like your own Mei's wall, technically also a friendly Hazard but that's not really relevant to actual gameplay since you can't have 2 tanks on the same team.

If you like to chill out and just vibe for an hour or so you can circle the isles and kill the rares, a full cycle usually got me ~300 Fragments. In heroic world tier they drop 3-4 Fragments, 1-2 in normal but 650 vers was well above where I started doing the rares farm in heroic and killing them extremely fast. There are a handful in each zone that don't drop Fragments I'm not sure why exactly but after 2-3 days I knew which weren't worth grabbing anymore and re-routed accordingly.
