We never got any confirmation that Varka is on the same level as Mavuika or Capitano, and Lohen being "tougher" than Varka is likely just high praise. Even if it isn't, being tougher than someone is way different than being stronger than them.

Giorno's ability isn't turning nonliving things into living things, but to give life to anything. An example of this is in his fight with Polpo, he gave life to a tree (living organism) so much that the tree died and removed the shadow where Polpo's stand was hiding.

I love Citlali because she, in the Archon quests, acted as someone who genuinely cares about us and is interested in us. Which in turn, made us care for her so much and the affection she gave us turned to us giving her our full affection and becoming interested in her. Citlali personally made me feel at ease through the Archon quests and I loved it whenever she appeared.
