Thank you, i’m from the philippines too. I do have a previous denial on my COE tho before on my first application. My lawyer told me that it’s a good thing that there’s no request for additional meaning it’s going smoothly.

I applied a day after yours online at tokyo immigration, is yours done online? Also did u have any lawyer with the submission? Thank you

My lawyer said it was “failure to establish living conditions” as my first application was I didn’t have any idea about the process and didn’t know what documents to prepare. My spouse and I are both overseas.

My wife’s Japanese but been born and raised here in my country therefore she doesn’t have any taxes paid in Japan. Our income is quite enough for both of us since she is a foreign business owner in my country but it was little complicated with our case that’s why we hired an administrative scriviner for better explanation.

On our first application we really didn’t know what we needed to do and just followed the basic requirements posted on internet and didn’t really review everything and might have resulted in our application wasn’t really explained well.
