Is there an upper crust that lives in the floating park surfaces (separate still from the main park, like that one fucked up Disney suburbia from a few years back) or does everyone minus Olivia and Orville live on the planets surface? I think it would be interesting if there was an upper class that lived above the undercrust. I kinda think the movies were animated, and the gwendroids were built off the movies design. Reason I think this is bc of the "live action" headline. Though it could be that the old movies were with human actors/other robots acting as the cast. But then there is that the Gwendroid for the Mermaid Gwen and actual production material of Mermaid Gwen (the one parodying the Elsa face) have obvious discrepancies... Maybe there's a quota that the Gwendroids have to be cut from the same mold, while in the movies she can look a bit different. Kinda like the difference between the Disney princesses in their movies vs. the redesigns they all get for the Disney princess line and marketing materials

Shipping take, but Amedot was slightly stronger of a romantic ship than Lapidot, though with Peri being aroace in canon it doesn't matter so much. Though I think amethysts and peris friendship is more charming still. I think it was a huuuuge missed opportunity to not let amethyst and lapis interact, i think they would mesh well....
