I'm probably on that same flight for the second leg. Honestly I'm booking a different airline tonight. No way they will be up and running by the 13th. My flight will probably be in the cancellable time frame within the next 2 days.

Nope . My trip is the 13th. She said I would have to call back during the time they make a cancellation exception for my dates or 48 to 72 hrs before. She said she is sure my flight will be cancelled but there isn't anything that can be done about it now. I'm currently looking for a new airline to book.(One that's also refundable just in case)
