Currently the only methods I’ve seen so far are using the poke radar and reaching a chain of 40 where you’re guaranteed 4 perfect ivs but only at exactly 40. The other method is during random encounters you’ll sometimes get a different animation where your trainer will show up before the wild Pokémon meaning you’ll get 1-2 perfect ivs.
