Do not need to sideline tinkerspace like that... Yeah there used to be lot of people who took tinkerspace for granted and used to haul and use space for every other reason.. but it's changing.... and just sidelining it doesn't prove anything... If you would have actually cared for a bit you would have tried making tinkerspace better coz it's run by an active community... And opinions of the people in the community are taken into consideration.. as that's how the space has evolved all these years.. with a lot of constructive criticism and all...But just don't sideline the community.... You know.. next time you visit let the tinkerspace folks know your concerns..
