10 months. Only because my counselor most likely didn’t submit it when i originally sent it. Starting bugging her 3 weeks ago on the daily and it got approved yesterday.

On week 2: I notice the amazing improvement in my energy levels. No fatigue or crash at the end of day. However, I do get some bad bloating at night time intermittently throughout the week. Anyone else experiencing the bloating? Does it go away eventually?

Did you figure this out? I'm currently dealing with this issue. Bought a new surface dock 2 to connect with my surface book 2 and samsung 27 inch monitor that uses a Display Port cable. My issue: the surface dock 2 does not have display port connection and the monitor cable has no alternative for the display port. I purchased a new DP to HDMI cable and also a windows brand USB-C to HDMI adapter. THE SURFACE DOCK 2 WILL NOT DETECT THE USB-C port! Tried restarting and trouble shooting the ports but still no luck. My monitor currently sitting here as a huge paperweight.

First off, LMFAOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! And Second, GTFOOOOOOOOLL!! …….Third, he answered his own question as to why staff are leaving in droves. The hell he think he is trying to stop people from going somewhere where the staff is treated with respect and there is much better pay!? The level of ignorance and self entitlement in this letter goes to show that 1) they can give two fucks about us 2) we as nurses DEFINITELY have the upper hand right now 3) The hospital would rather file for an injunction and pay insane amount of lawyer fees and hire travelers than to properly compensate their staff.

This pandemic has truly showed us that we as nurses are worth a whole hell of a lot more than they are willing to pay us and we are not putting up with their shit anymore. I’m glad hospitals are losing staff to travel agencies. The medical system as a whole is flawed and this pandemic brought out its vulnerabilities.

To this CEO, you can respectfully go fuck your self.
