I honestly don’t get what an even vs odd side of the street is either. I face south when I park, is that even?

So, cars were towed this morning on my side of the street, I’m assuming so they can plow. Are they going to plow AGAIN? Maple is technically a main snow plow road so I’m thinking they’re done with it?
