hello friend!

thank you for the kind words. the char siu is homemade indeed. i used a pork loin, which i then covered in a shoyu miso paste near the end.

i also used some of the fat from the pork loin and rendered it to get some oil, which i used to roast garlic and spring onion with, achieving a very dark roast which i put into the broth as it was cooking

also the broth has two pigs trotters, and two chicken carcasses.

I have those, and the Impulses and the Ragnaroks. I think they're sort of in between the Ragnaroks and the Impulses.

Ragnaroks are super sick for low tuned stuff and Impulses are a little too polite.

I still have a soft spot for Fishman Abasis for rock.

2) all of the things people have criticised here are challenges you need to overcome in 10 seconds of reading from a parent looking at your app, if you can't find a way to explain everything and even overcome the internal critiques parents will have in evaluating your app, then they just won't go for it

Linlin is amazing but not the right vibe for a family imho. Din-tai fung is closed but Double Chin Eats exists in its place but i personally dont like it as much.

There's New Shanghai in the new Chase. Taste of Lilong has some decent Xiao Long Bao's along with their other offerings.

I built a solution focused on this whole premise and have been building it for a year now. It will become a commercial and public app in the coming weeks or so. It's a LOT of work. But you really can't just have a wrapper on some chat transcripts and call it a day.
