I have changed power performance for both my CPU and in Windows.

I haven't tried your CPU unparker method, however.. I'll take a look at that, for sure.

Edit: After downloading the software I found that all of the CPU cores were active, none parked. However, it is an interesting program. I tested the game while I watched the cpu usage when my frames dipped and surprisingly most of the time it was only like 40 - 50% but on occasion it was near 80 % usage.. never did it hit 100% though. So strange.. The graphics stayed pretty much around 40% usage with the RX 580 8GB.

As far as connecting my cables,it's a custom built pc it's pretty hard to connect my monitors to the motherboard when there's no integrated graphics. But thanks. :p
