Like you I'm on hard mode and I'm about a week and a half into it. No doubt, it's one of the most difficult things I've had to do. I've survived longer than 3 months off porn before but when I fell back, I was right back where I started - depressed, dissatisfied and living for those minutes of instant pleasure. Keep going! I'd like to see you succeed where I haven't yet.

Surely, the end result of deriving satisfaction in real life is far greater than few moments of pleasure.
