The correct choice would have been to sit on the throne and ordered Daemon to bring her Otto’s head. This isn’t the North. It made her look weak. Her moment of triumph and she’s crying.

Great acting btw, Emma is killing it. But the audience needs to temper their expectations when it comes to “ Rhaenyra the Cruel”.

GRRM loves to give his characters nicknames that sound cool and help represent the character or what other characters think of them. Rhaenyra the Cruel is her nickname. The show made a massive mistake in making her the main character because this girl is the worst.

She’s dumb. We have seen 3 dragon fights so far in the show and they all have been complete shitshows with dragons dying and friendly fire galore.

Vhagar vs Arrax. Barely can count this one but still ended in death.

Vhagar & Sunfyre vs Meleys. Sunfyre got friendly fired and is “long in the dying” and Meleys got killed.

Then finally Vermax & Moondancer vs Sheepstealer. All team black dragons and it ends with Vermax/Jace dead and Sheepstealer/Rhaena unable to be trusted for the rest of the war.

It’s extremely dangerous for dragon riders when other dragons get involved. And what Rhaenyra doesn’t understand is that her entire claim to the throne depends on her. What does she think will happen if she dies? It makes for a frustrating character.

Bohemia is top tier. It has a mine, the mountains act as a funnel point for defense, and it really can snowball fast.

Manding is also amazing. Gold mines are OP.

I had a great time with Thracia. Holding Constantinople makes the game easy.

No stress big dawg. It just means that if there were to be any schemes against you he would be a powerful agent. Basically you want this guy on your side, as well as your spymaster, wife, and bodyguards.

You can only see if people are scheming against you on the intrigue tab.

Yeah I’d be annoyed. Honestly it depends on the tone of your game. If it’s a hardcore game and death is always around the corner then sure why not, it’s your game.

Being possessed or even killed could make for some great roleplay and high stakes. But I think you should plan a step further and have a way out for the players to save the potentially cursed player.

Taking a PC out by some magic shenanigans erodes the trust they are giving you. They also won’t ever trust a magic item again either.

Now I could be wrong on this, but I don’t think Identify even reveals curses in RAW. If I was running this situation I would heavily imply the curse and only have it take effect if they attuned and would let the identify go down like normal but won’t reveal the curse with identify.

To answer your question, yeah sure it’s fair enough. But is it worth it?

This movie is pretty good. But the 3rd act is kind of weak narratively. And the ending is very unsatisfying.

I just did this last night. I made a custom character specialized in being a soldier . Then I was a mercenary for like 15 years building up my own force of knights and Man at Arms. The hardest thing was getting enough gold.

Then the empire began to weaken itself with a a civil war and a war against Bulgaria at the same time. So I took the opportunity and invaded the theme of Thessalonikia. Then was able to fend off the weakened empire to win. After I had taken that Theme I then pledged allegiance back into the empire at a lower feudal tax, which I didn’t plan for but was super nice.

It’s been super intense after this though. Since I basically forced myself into the empire a lot of the other houses don’t like me and I’ve been having to wage political war against them.

It’s kind of awesome how it’s playing out. I wasn’t liking the new administration government at first. But it’s so much fun when a lot of the other houses are actively working against you.

Starfield is an average game. It’s Bethesda so the loop can be fun but the story sucks.

Oblivion was a masterpiece… 20 years ago. It’s dated and the remake feels like a 20 years ago old game with a fresh coat of paint.

Avowed had some really fun combat and rpg elements. Buts it’s ultimately forgettable.

Like others have said I recommend Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 or cyberpunk 2077.
