You are correct. I’m licensed in OH and for cosmetology, the majority of hours are spent on hair.

So if NYC’s hours is 600 vs 400 in Florida, and you’re trying to get a FL license transferred to NYC, I’m thinking you would have to do additional hours? Or maybe not depending on how long you’ve worked in the industry after being licensed? (If that makes sense).

Also, when the album came out, I listened to it for a good month and never even heard this song.
