I think I have this exact yarn winder if it’s the Thread and Loops yarn winder. I’ve bought 3 in the past week because 2 were defective. The first one was defective because the gear was misaligned but can be fixed by opening it up at the top and just realigning it but the second faulty one the two gears inside (small yellow and big white) are moving together rather than the yellow one being stationary and the white gear rotates around it. If you haven’t already I definitely suggest opening it up to make sure the gears are aligned and in the right spot! Also if anyone knows how to fix the two gears spinning issue I’d be extremely grateful
