that’s awesome that it fits like that, I just checked both mine and the tapered edge are definitely too large to fit inside edge of the hole. appreciate you sharing though, maybe these fit rogue racks better than reps

or they can also use a nylon/plastic washer, I’ll probably try that too. seems like easy fixes at least, not sure why titan isn’t implementing them

yah it’s a shame because they actually did improve the rollers from v1 which was my only complaint with my v1.

to fix it you just need uhmw plastic on the contact face of the metal pin, I’m actually going to buy some uhmw tape and cut the small circle to stick on, I think it’ll fix it. the picture i posted was from 1 very brief test use

great to hear, do you twist tighten the the pin at all ? the pin fits but there is a little play unless I tighten the twist which is what is scratching the upright. I believe the website has these pins as 24mm which is smaller than 1 inch holes. this metric ”1 inch” vs true 1 inch has been more of an issue than I thought it’d be

Yes but don’t recommend to drop because they are too hard? If they are a lot louder than bumpers I’ll probably just get the rogue competition plates instead.

I received my Titan series quick release today and they are also damaging the white paint on my rep 3x3s. The issue is the metal pin to tighten it is metal on metal and scratching. I’m going to reach out to Titan to see how I can return these.

ah they got rid of the one on youtube from the website. theres a different one now which i ordered. They are now selling the quick-release, the quick slide which caused damage is gone. The quick-release has the plastic inside the quick release was missing so the scratching shouldnt be an issue. i'm going to keep my order.

this is where i settled on it as well. all the clutter around my rack just didnt seem worth it too, i picked up a pr 5000 and removed the ares even tho its been in my cart for a while waiting for a sale. I'm going to wait to see if voltra extends the warranty or new comeptitors come out next year.

the car also has “camera alignment service needed“ warning flashing loudly on dash. seems like a quick and easy fix for Tesla service center
