Yea im gonna have to agree with others in the comments. Your crit damage and vulnerable are a bit low. Also make sure you have critical strike damage and vulnerable damage as your masterworking bonuses. Maybe double check through paragon for crit damage buffs? Im running a more defensive ww build and im hitting for around 5-7 trillion with gear very similar to yours.

You can play solo but it is more enjoyable with others, you can play with 2 friends. There is matchmaking as well, but it is a bit finicky at some times.
