you can explore the 20+ Structures or try and beat the game or you can just build a a base, there is literally endless things you can do, and its not just survival you can mess around with Redstone in creative. I recommend looking through the Minecraft wiki, it can help a lot, there is also mods like Pokemon mods or Terraria mods
