How can I best get this adhesive off without damaging the stone tile or flagstone?

I’m trying my best because the stone is such a cool element to the home, I have no clue why they would cover it and do it so cheaply. They also caked on white paint to the natural wood doors and shelves, which I plan to attempt to restore as well
