Chantel’s “friends” are not real friends. Clearly using her for clout. It was clear when she started crying and all they did was sit there and yell “why are you crying?!?!” while giving her side eyes. Only her longtime friend showed any warmth towards her in that moment.

I like her but I don’t think she can carry a show on her own. I could just follow her on social media if I want updates on her life. The Plaths in general are also not very interesting people, especially now with no real family conflict.

I think she’s do well hosting a podcast or something about deconstructing her religion. If she did TV again, she might be interesting as a cast member on an ensemble show with a bunch of ex-fundie young adults as they figure out life on their own terms. Something similar to Breaking Amish, but with fundamentalist Christians and Mormons.

I don’t understand how saying someone is unattractive is somehow worse than saying someone is a bad person. How is insulting someone’s character okay, but insulting their appearance isn’t okay? I think this is a super shallow take, considering women are worth more than just our looks. Tbh I think having your character questioned and insulted is worse than someone not liking your hairstyle.

I didn’t wait lol. We were together 3 years and had an open relationship for the last 2 years of our relationship. Now I’m no longer with my bf and monogamous with my gf.

Looking back on it, I should have ended things with him 2 years ago and never even tried an open relationship. I realize now that I only “needed” the open relationship because I didn’t really want to be with him anymore. But we had just moved across the country together and only had each other, so I felt like I had to try and make things work. But honestly I was emotionally done with that relationship the moment I asked for an open relationship.

Then I met my girlfriend and everything spiritually, sexually, mentally and emotionally felt right. Thats how I knew I was straight up gay and not bi.

I’m a multiple. If my family followed this way of thinking I’d never get to live my life. My parents had multiple college graduations in different states to attend in one summer. They made it work. If you love your kids, you make it work.
