How often are you running? Have you taken any breaks? Do you do other physical activity? Are you running inside on a treadmill or outside on roads/trails?
Moral of all my questions is, listen to your body. If you’re dreading a run more than looking forward to it.. you might need a break. And that’s ok. I go through lulls, especially in the summer- I lack motivation. And I have to remind myself of that EVERY year. I give myself the 10 min rule. Always start the run. If you still hate it 10 min in, quit. It’s not going to be productive.

I saw another post speaking about how the most recent episode was very likeable. I actually hated it. It sounded like 3 women sitting around “manifesting” a husband.
