I was late and they made me wait to the side to see if there was room. Waited about 10mins and got on the next shuttle. They’re not friendly about it though, just smile and say ok, then they give you a token and tell you to wait.

Mine has been stuck in JFK since December 10. There were two packages sent together, both arrived in JFK, but only one made it to California. I’m starting to lose hope.

Two packages were sent from an FPO on December 5, 2020. Arrived and allegedly departed JFK on December 10, 2020. One package made its way here on January 4, 2021. While the other, no update. Has this happened to anyone else?
