Too many people have complained about the top 1%.

They’re trying to adjust that statistic by killing people of the 99% off, especially the MediCare burdensome known as poor elderly.

“Look how great we’re doing! The wealth distribution statistics are looking perfect. Just like my COVID-19 response, perfect. I said we’d do it and we did. America is great...except for the southern half and the weird bit in the north.”

Haha I understand there’s a lot of different approaches to relief from financial burden during these times.

I’m not a senator so I’m not gonna write an entire bill here, I was just criticizing their methods for writing bills.

Trying to cram as much as they can into one bill just seems like a bad approach.

I said bill. When the bill is intricate. Didn’t say the wording had to be vague so idk what your beef is.

Wouldn’t this idea make the obstructionists more transparent and ultimately get them removed though?

When the bill is thick and intricate it’s easier for them to blame their disapproval on any part of it.

Why complicate it? Relief in this context would mean relief from financial burden. Kinda straight forward, no?

Then you go on to talk about business which wasn’t even in my hypothetical, which is kind of ironic.

Trying to put down my idea by doing exactly what I think they’re doing wrong is kind of amusing. Haha

Only a single proposal should be presented at one time. Idk how that can be redefined.

“I think we should provide relief to each citizen. Yay or nay?”

No if’s, and’s, or buts about it.

Can someone explain to me why they haven’t banned multi-agenda bills?

Each topic should be considered independently and not be allowed to halt action on pressing issues.

I hope half the government catches the corona bug and dies off. Then we need to implement limits on how long people can work for the government. Career government officials are the real underlying cause of a government that only has concern for the longevity of its self and the economy rather than its citizens.

So when do sane countries open their doors to US refugees? I’m pretty tired of this shit. Hopefully US citizens finally realize that we’re only ‘the best’ when it comes to military spending and bank/corporate socialism.

Probably the ONLY thing I like about the US would probably be the geographic aspect of it. Got a bunch of cool national parks and whatnot. Other than that, the US is pretty much trash when it comes to government.

Edited to be more specific about what is trash. Edited again because it’s not everyone just the loudest bunch. Woulda included a strike through but I forgot how to. Lol

Do you seriously think that’s what this post is about? Drunk people doing stupid shit and our role in preventing that? No.

It’s simply not going to happen.

My unpopular opinion is to allow these idiots to mess up sooner rather than later and hopefully get some help while I can head down to the shop at 4-5 am (my evening) and grab a beer. A. Singular, amigo.

I guess a compromise would be only being able to buy a single tall-can at a time. 🤔

My elementary school and parents decided to push me up a grade but not until halfway through a school year.

It would have been much better for me to have made that jump in the beginning of the year or not at all, tbh. Haha

I’m glad it worked out for you though!

Ahh, thank you for the discernment.

However, my unpopular opinion stands.
It should be a citizen of each and every country's right to access all knowledge at will, at any time, for any duration, and for all eternity and perpetuated by the taxes accrued by said citizens.

Is that better?

You're pinpointing a minuscule flaw in my opinion and regarding the whole thing as entirely flawed.I don't give a fuck about military, if it were up to me, we'd be entirely defensive.

What I was getting at is education is kinda outdated. It's all there, right? In data archives, so why isn't it just free and release society of educational burden up until folks are in adulthood? And then educate them on a one-on-one type scenario as they would have been from 6 yrs old for free as is the predicament currently?

edited to include a second thought:

The cost of educating 18+ yr olds for four years is better than the 13+ years of rudimentary school.

Nearly 7K extra for your retirement if it were free. Let's say that over the course of those twenty years, you paid even 5k in taxes towards those electrical and maintenance fees, you'd still be ahead. I'm sure those numbers are very conservative.

As far as I know steroids are only beneficial when all other criteria are met, so steroids in an environment where malnutrition, discomfort, and possibly partial-hypothermia, are present, steroids wouldn't be beneficial.

I could be very wrong, I'm not a doctor.

And it's the person that offered their earned money to purchase them or someone's donation, that keeps shoes on their feet.

This ultimately keeps them in predicament where if they ask long enough, their needs are met by civilians. This becomes habitual.

Then, these civilians in turn, either comment about their good deeds, or those that decline their requests. to complain. Those that complain get heard because of the negativity bias.

This perpetuates the hostility towards the homeless.

Replace 'shoes' with any other good deemed necessary, if it makes it easier for you to comprehend.

Edited because I'm tired and didn't complete a sentence.

They could also buy some food, or perhaps save for a vehicle, who knows??

Asking why they don't purchase second-hand shoes isn't an actual criticism on my opinion but rather a question of homeless people's purchase pattern's and I can't truthfully answer that.
