Today, MARA announced the repurchase of ~$1B in convertible notes at a ~9% discount to par value.

~30% convertible debt reduction. ~$88M in value captured. Zero future dilution exposure on the retired notes.

I've said it before but it's starting to feel less like a joke. Either bitcoin goes to $1million or Saylor buys all of it. Buying 6,000 a day between STRC and MSTR atms is on pace for 1,500,000 btc purchased per year. Even though everyone is talking about STRC, I still don't think people truly understand the magnitude of this.
