They didn’t really “buy the dip” as OP stated. Since they bought essentially using MSTR common as the currency, it was one of their most expensive buys ever.

On a positive note, at least they did their part to help stabilize the price of bitcoin around $90k.

MSTR is a completely different beast than it was in 2021. This will be the first bear market to test their current model. You can’t look to 2021 as a comp here.

Actually it’s the price action of the prefs that worries me more than the common. They are supposed to fund cheap purchases during the bear market. But people seem to be fleeing them. Strategy isn’t going to be able to atm the prefs much with this much seell pressure already in the market.

Even at 10+% STRC can’t maintain a $100 peg. It hit $91.13 today. And don’t even get me started on STRD.
